ADVISED ROUTE when travelling on the M6
Leave the motorway at junction 36,
to take the A65 to Kirkby Lonsdale.
Continue on the A65 passed Kirkby Lonsdale, over the Lune
river bridge and take the Left turn onto the A683
to SEDBERGH.
Pass the Casterton Golf Club and continue through the
village of CASTERTON. After a
further 1 mile the GOLF CLUB is signposted Left, opposite
the 2nd turn for BARBON. [ 3
miles from the turn at the A65 ]
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE when travelling North on the M6
This route is a little more twisting but is shorter.
Leave the motorway at junction 34
to take the A683 to Kirkby Lonsdale.
Continue on the A683 until the junction with the A65. (
Approximately 12 miles from J34 )
Turn Left onto the A65 and after a short distance, before
the Lune river bridge, turn Right onto the A683.
Continue as above to the GOLF CLUB.
FROM YORKSHIRE
Use the A65 to Kendal and the Lakes and turn Right onto the A683 at Kirkby Lonsdale. Continue to the GOLF CLUB as above.
